From sign-up to your first invoice

Set up a property, a tenant and a lease, and see the first rent invoice.

Load units, tenants and what tenants already owe, with every row checked first.

Connect your shortcode so payments are matched to units automatically.

Take a payment by hand and give the tenant a receipt.

See who owes, who to call today, and send reminders.

Add a meter, take a monthly round on your phone, and bill what was used.
