Chase arrears without awkward calls

See who owes, who to call today, and send reminders. About 10 minutes.

1. Open Arrears
   It lists who owes, how much, and for how long.
2. Use the call list
   The call list shows who to phone today and keeps notes of what they said.
3. Let reminders go out
   Rent reminders and overdue notices are sent by SMS on their own. Quiet hours are respected.
4. Consider late fees
   Switch them on in Settings if you want them. Each fee waits for you to charge or skip it.
