Invite your caretaker or accountant

Give each person only what they need. About 5 minutes.

1. Open Staff
   Choose Invite and enter their phone number.
2. Choose a role
   Manager, Accountant, Caretaker, Leasing agent, Maintenance or Viewer. You can copy a role to make your own.
3. Limit the properties
   Pick the properties or branches they can see, or leave it to all.
4. They accept
   They get an SMS link and choose a password. Ask them to switch on two-step login.
