Bill water or electricity by meter

Add a meter, take a monthly round on your phone, and bill what was used. About 15 minutes.

1. Add the meter
   On Meters choose water or electricity, the units it serves and the rate per m³ or kWh.
2. Take the first reading
   It is a starting point and bills nothing.
3. Do the monthly round
   Open the round page before you go in. With no signal, readings are kept on the phone and sent when you are back online.
4. Approve
   Someone who may approve checks the readings. Unusual ones are flagged and need a note.
5. It is billed
   Approved readings go on next month's invoice, with the readings shown.
